1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using MelodyLane, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Description of service

MelodyLane provides tools for creating smart links, pre-save campaigns, fan email capture, analytics, and related music marketing services. Features vary by plan. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.

3. Accounts and eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use MelodyLane. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use MelodyLane to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Infringe intellectual property, privacy, or other rights.
• Distribute malware, spam, or misleading content.
• Harass, abuse, or harm others.
• Interfere with the security or operation of our services.

5. Content you upload

You retain ownership of the content you upload, including artwork, links, and fan emails. You grant us a limited license to host, display, and distribute that content solely to provide our services. You represent that you have all necessary rights to the content you upload.

6. Payments and subscriptions

Pro and Lifetime are billed through Stripe. Refunds follow our Refund & Cancellation Policy. You may cancel a Pro subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. If a subscription lapses, Pro features are removed and links may revert to the free MelodyLane handle.

7. Intellectual property

MelodyLane's name, logo, software, and design are our property. You may not copy, modify, or distribute them without our permission. Your content remains yours.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or harm our service. You may delete your account at any time.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

MelodyLane is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free service.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MelodyLane shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

12. Changes to terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of MelodyLane after changes means you accept the updated terms.
