Your bio page on your own domain, with custom buttons

Make your custom domain open your bio page or latest release, and add buttons for merch, tickets and more.

Anyone can read this guide. Some steps use features in Pro or Lifetime.

  1. 1

What your bio page is for

    • Your bio page is one page with your photo, bio, custom buttons and every live release — the single link for your Instagram, TikTok or YouTube bio.
    • Everyone has one at melodylane.io/a/your-handle. With a connected custom domain (Pro, Studio or Lifetime), it can live at your own address, like links.yourname.com.

Tip: Your own address looks more trustworthy to fans and keeps your brand front and center.

  2. 2

    Add custom buttons

    • Go to Dashboard → Settings → Bio page buttons.
    • Press Add button, type the button text (for example Official merch or Tour tickets) and paste the full web address starting with https://.
    • Use the arrows to reorder, then press Save buttons. Up to 8 buttons show above your releases.
  3. 3

Choose what your main address opens

    • Once your custom domain shows Live, go to Dashboard → Custom domain and find What opens at your address.
    • Bio page: shows all your links — best for social bios.
    • Latest release: always opens your newest live smart link, updating by itself when you publish a new one.
    • A release I pick: pins one smart link, like a pre-save campaign. If it is turned off, your bio page shows instead.

Tip: Release addresses like links.yourname.com/your-song keep working whichever you choose.

  4. 4

    Share it

    • Use Copy bio link in Settings — it copies your own domain when it opens your bio page.
    • Paste it in your social bios. Changing the choice later never breaks the link you shared.

Watch out: Apps may remember an old preview for a while after you change what the address opens.
