How to schedule your smart link to go live automatically
Pick a date and time and your smart link turns on by itself, so your fan link is ready the moment your release drops.
Anyone can read this guide. Some steps use features in Pro or Lifetime.
- 1
Why schedule
- Set up your page early, then let it go live at release time — even if you're asleep or on stage.
- Fans who open it before then won't see it yet.
Tip: Scheduled publishing is included with Pro and Lifetime.
- 2
Build your smart link
- Go to Dashboard → Smart Links → Create a page.
- Add your artwork, title, listening links and socials as usual.
- 3
Pick your go-live time
- On the last step, find Go live automatically.
- Choose the date and time. It uses your own time zone.
- Tap Schedule instead of Publish.
Watch out: Most releases go live at midnight in your main market. Check your distributor's release time.
- 4
Check it's scheduled
- Your link shows as a draft in Smart Links until the time comes.
- Open the link to edit it, change the time or clear it with the X.
- 5
Go live early if you want
- Changed your mind? Open the link and publish it now.
- Your fan link address stays the same either way.
- 6
Share it on release day
- Once it's live, copy your fan link and put it in your bio, Stories and ads.
- Open it on your phone and tap each service to be sure it plays the right song.
Tip: If your plan ends before the go-live time, the link stays a draft until you upgrade or publish it yourself.
